The nearest train station for travellers by train is Esher Station, which Is linked to the racecourse by a short stroll up through Sandown Park. Coming from central London, it is a short 25 minute ride away (London Waterloo). The lack of changes allows you to take a direct train which makes the trip seamless and almost worry-free. A lot of people tend to get the train to Sandown Park Station, but Esher is easier if you can manage it.
Sandown Park is also easy to reach by car. The racecourse is well signposted from all main roads and there is ample parking on site. With the racecourse being located right by these major routes, it is easy to access whether you are coming off of the M25 or A3. General car parking bays will be available, as well premium onsite and activity area parking based on a first come first served basis.
If you are on a bus then there is the local routes in and around areas to get you from towns nearby, over to Sandown Park.
